Refunds and Cancellation

Overview

Specific commercial commitments in a signed Order Form control over this general policy.

Customers may cancel before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Upgrades may take effect immediately; downgrades may take effect at the next renewal.

Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in an Order Form. Charges for completed installation, consumed communication usage, shipped hardware or custom work are not refundable unless the applicable Order Form or law states otherwise.

To raise a billing concern, use the contact route with the customer name, account email, invoice or transaction reference and a concise explanation.

Hardware and service closure

Rented or loaned equipment must be returned as stated in the Order Form. Ownership, warranty, replacement charges, return requirements and data-wiping procedures are governed by the applicable Order Form.
