Overview
TRL AI must be used lawfully, proportionately, safely and only with appropriate authority.
You may connect only cameras, sites, streams, recordings and recipient channels you own, control or are legally authorised to operate. Customers must provide required notices, restrict access and independently review evidence before serious action.
Prohibited activities
- Monitoring private spaces without lawful authority.
- Voyeuristic or sexual surveillance; stalking, harassment or intimidation.
- Unlawful employee surveillance or covert audio interception.
- Unauthorised monitoring of children.
- Facial or biometric profiling without approval and lawful authority.
- Political, religious or discriminatory profiling.
- Using alerts as conclusive evidence or as the sole basis for serious decisions.
- Publicly sharing evidence without authority, doxxing or vigilante action.
- Uploading unlawfully obtained footage or impersonating law enforcement.
- Suppressing legally required evidence.
- Accessing another customer's account or tenant, or sharing credentials.
- Security testing without written permission, malware distribution or service disruption.
- Excessive automated use, competitive scraping or benchmarking without permission.
- Reselling the service without written authorisation.
Enforcement
Enforcement may include warning, required remediation, restriction, suspension, termination, evidence preservation and reporting to authorities where legally required.
