Overview
These baseline terms apply when TRL AI processes personal data on behalf of a customer.
The customer is the controller or equivalent decision-maker for customer data. TRL AI acts as processor or service provider except for independent account, billing, security and legal-compliance processing. TRL AI processes customer data on documented instructions in the agreement, configuration and authorised use of the service.
How camera data is processed
TRL AI may process camera configuration information, stream metadata, event timestamps, selected frames, cropped images, event clips and customer annotations as required to provide the configured service.
The precise deployment architecture, whether complete streams are stored, event-media types, audio configuration, and applicable retention are deployment-specific and must be confirmed in the applicable Order Form or product configuration. This policy does not publish unverified technical choices.
Customer content may be accessed only by authorised customer users and authorised TRL AI personnel who require access for support, security, incident investigation or service operation.
Confidentiality and safeguards
Personnel and providers with access are subject to confidentiality. The current website implementation uses tenant-scoped authorisation, secure password hashing, protected transport for production traffic, restricted session cookies, request-origin checks, request throttling and private server-side storage outside the public web directory for account and request records.
TRL AI may use providers for hosting, communications, authentication, support and integrations. Customers remain responsible for lawful instructions, notices, data accuracy, user permissions and retention choices.
Return, deletion and assistance
TRL AI provides reasonable assistance with verified privacy requests, incidents, assessments and regulatory enquiries, taking account of the nature of processing. At the end of service, supported exports and deletion follow the applicable plan or Order Form, subject to backups, legal holds, security records and applicable law.
